  5.      5. ENERGY PLANNING SYSTEM (PLAN: 1983)

  10.      The  planning  period will be 30 days.   During this  period 
  11.      energy  must  be produced by the three (3)  energy  generating 
  12.      facilities, namely:
  13.           HOG boiler which burns mill byproducts like sawdust and 
  14.           hog fuel(wood scraps).
  15.           RECOVERY  boiler  which  burns  the  byproduct  of  the 
  16.           pulping process called BLACK liquor.
  17.           POWER  boiler which burns commercially available bunker 
  18.           oil.
  19.      The energy system produces HIGH-pressure steam, LOW-pressure 
  20.      steam  and  Electricity for the PULP mill and  an  adjoining 
  21.      wood products sawmill.

  27.      The  monthly minimum requirements for standard operation are
